Team Registration cutoff is on Sunday, March 22 (or when teams are filled)
*Only one person should be registering the team. This person will be responsible for representing the team and also handling communication and payments for the team. They will be receiving a follow-up email for further instructions for payments once submitted.
Team Registration: *$700
*Includes 3 guaranteed 25 minute games, licensed referee fees and team jersey. Top teams advance to the knockout stage and compete for cash prizes.

Payments/reservations are by order of when received.
Registration opens February 6 and is limited to 12 teams. Spots are secured only after full payment is received.

Final player submissions and player waivers must be submitted on April 1. (The person who registers the team will receive a link for player forms once the team payment is confirmed)
*If payment is submitted/received after all 12 spots have been filled, the team will be placed on a waitlist or issued a full refund at the team's discretion.
*Players who do not submit required waivers may be ineligible to participate. (All player forms will be sent to the team lead once payment is confirmed.)
*All registration payments are non-refundable after March 22. Refunds requested before March 22 are at the discretion of the tournament organizers. In the case that the tournament is canceled by the organizers, all teams will receive a full refund.
